We have a small double room to rent in our 4 bedroom Victorian first floor flat, sharing with 3 others (2 girls, 1 guy).

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and under-bed storage. There's also a large loft that you can store suitcases etc.

The flat has everything you want to come home to - great kitchen & bathroom (with a powerful shower!), comfy sofas, microwave, massive fridge/freezer, washing machine, wide screen TV, wireless internet, SKY and a garden.

The flat is few minutes walk away from loads of bus routes 16/32/189/245/260/266/316/460/ 466, 10 minute walk away from Cricklewood overland Thames Link, 10 minute walk/bus ride or 20 minute walk away from Kilburn and Willesden Green Tubes (Jubilee Line) so really quick and easy to get into the City.

We are looking for a fun, relaxed, tidy and considerate non-smoking professional for a minimum 12 month let.

The room is £535 per month all inclusive of bills, which includes unlimited wireless internet and SKY.

The only extras are your personal calls and a cleaner that is a shared cost.
