**Bedroom share with Single Female

Me:
I currently occupy a bright, double room alone but now want to share with another person. I am a 23 year old professional, English. I have never shared a room before hence the maximum stay on the ad stating '3 months' but if all goes well it can be for as long as needed!

You:
I am looking for a female of any age to share my bedroom. All I ask is that you are relatively tidy, relatively easy going and on the whole happy :)

Bedroom:
The bedroom is well furnished, has storage space and a large window backing onto our beautiful little garden. It currently has one double bed, a single bed will be put in for you or if you want to pay a little extra the double is yours!

Apartment:
The apartment is the ground floor of a house. It has a large living room, bathroom, kitchen, separate utility and two other bedrooms. Our landlord is brilliant as he only has the one property so he really looms after us :)Our neighbours are a lovely older Irish couple and always join our BBQs and gatherings :) (they bring good wine ;) ).

The atmosphere in the house is amazing. Very relaxed, warm and social...everyone that visits wants to live here...honest truth. We have became close friends here and want somebody to join our little family. There is always amazing Spanish food flying around ;).

Transport and amenities:

10 minute walk to Cricklewood train.

Short bus to Kilburn station and Brondesbury overground.

5 minute walk from a large Lidl, green grocers and some fab eat outs.

3 minute walk to two gyms.

Back onto the beautiful Gladstone Park.
