Quiet bedroom/kitchenette in conservation area

I'm Jan, a writer and freelance producer living in the lovely Cricklewood railway terraces with communal gardens and a quiet community vibe. . My son recently left home and I've converted the larger double bedroom into a bedsit with its own kitchen facilities. Bathroom with washing machine upstairs would be shared with me, but I have my own sitting room and another bathroom downstairs. This would suit a professional woman, although I would consider a couple for the whole top floor for a larger rent. Just ten minutes walk to Cricklewood overground for regular trains to Kings Cross (12 mins) or bus to Kilburn tube.
