Hi there potential housemate,

We currently have a double bedroom available in our huge, cosy house in Cricklewood for a friendly, sociable person. The house is a three storey period property, consisting of 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen (2 fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine, dishwasher etc), large living room with comfy couches (SkyHD TV) and a small back garden perfect for all your BBQ needs during the summer months.

The room available is on the 1st floor, it is a massive double bedroom with bay windows, double bed, a chest of draws and built in wardrobes.

Location and transport wise you won’t find better for this price within Cricklewood. We are located Zone 2, 2 mins walk from Cricklewood Station, 10 mins walk to Kilburn (Jubilee) station or 5 mins by bus. At the end of our road, 30 seconds walk away, are buses to central London 189 (Oxford St), 16 (Victoria), 332, 32, 316 etc. Plenty of shops, takeaways, off licences and random stores are to be found along the Broadway, with the added bonus of Kilburn, West Hampstead and Hampstead Heath just a short bus ride away. You’ll also be situated beside a virgin active gym, Argos, Top Wok, B&Q and Poundstretcher all within 3. 5 mins walk away.

The housemates living here are the main attraction. 6 lively and friendly professionals from the UK, Ireland Canada and Poland who all do their own work thing Mon-Fri but who enjoy catching up together in the evenings and hanging out maybe with a movie or a few drinks at the weekend. We all do very different jobs: actress & writer, teacher, fashionista and builder… but all get along swimmingly! In order to live comfortably within the house we ask that you are 20yrs +, an easy going type who enjoys mixing with others, who is tidy and not afraid to muck in and use your initiative when it comes to personal responsibility. We have a cleaning rota that we all get involved with. If you have a bike you will need to keep it in the back garden as there is not enough space within the house.

Rent INCLUDING ALL BILLS is a bargain at £650 and paid on the 10th of every month. Rolling deposit is £500 upfront and we each contribute £1 a week into a kitty that covers cleaning products for the house.
