1 double bedroom to let in Cricklewood

Hi!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Cricklewood as soon as possible.

The room is a good sized double, which comes fully furnished with some space for extra furniture if required. It has quite a large window overlooking the gardens outside and the area is quiet.
The flat has a shared bathroom, quite basic but with excellent water pressure for the shower.
It has a large shared living dinning room area, with two sofas and a table and chairs.

The street itself is quiet, but has great transport links; cricklewood and Dollis hill stations are a 10 minute walk, also a 5 min bus ride will get you to Kilburn and brondesbury stations. Gladstone park is at the end of the road, which is great for a walk/ run or just to relax in the summer.

My flatmates are two women who have been friends since university. They are both really friendly and laid-back and make very pleasant housemates!
The landlord is also great, he lives on the same street and is always happy to help if something in the flat needs fixing.

I think this flat is a real bargain.
