The nearest rail station is Crofton Park – 3 mins walk from the house for trains into Elephant & Castle (10 mins), Blackfriars (15 mins), Farringdon (25 mins) and King’s Cross/St Pancras (30mins). Only 15 minutes walk from the house is Brockley station (Zone 2) for trains to London Bridge (15 mins) or up to Highbury & Islington on the East London Overground Line (30 mins), and also 15 mins walk to Ladywell for trains into Waterloo East (15 mins) and Charing Cross (18 mins). 5 minutes walk to bus stops.
Local shops across the street, and only 3 mins walk to Crofton Park high street with shops, Co-op, post office, and decent pubs/bars. Also a number of lovely parks in the surrounding area. Friendly neighbourhood...so much so that we have an annual street party every year!
