Double room in Crystal Palace

I have a double room in a 3 bedroom terraced house in Crystal Palace. I am a 37 year old female, self employed musician The house is also shared with another female professional.

The room is £555/month plus £100 bills and is largely unfurnished though there is a double bed and the odd bit of furniture if needed. Its a good sized room at 12x10ft and is available from early December

The groundfloor has a large, light living area and adjoining kitchen. The location is great, opposite a park and very close to the centre of Crystal Palace. There is a large outside decked area for sitting in the sun with a patch for growing veggies (currently growing some weeds) The neighbours are great! I do teach a few lessons from home, mainly day times, so the house is kept pretty tidy. Should the new tenant be a music teacher or a similar self employed person there is also the possibility they could teach/work from home.

Prospective tenants do not need to be musicians or teachers but must be non-smokers. This is due to health reasons as well as having members of the public in the house so I am unable to be flexible on this.
