Hello! Bright, spacious double room available in two bedroom ground floor flat in Crystal Palace.

We're a 10-15 minute walk from Crystal Palace station (Zone 3) which takes you into Victoria, London Bridge and Overground line to Highbury, Shoreditch High Street etc. We also have bus stops outside the flat which take you to the station (5 mins) or towards Brixton & Elephant and Castle (196, 249, 468) . There are two night buses from central (N68, N3).

The flat is a 5-7 min walk from the shops, restaurants, pubs and big Sainsbury's around the Triangle. There's also a convenience shop/newsagents about 2 mins away.

The room is a double & furnished with wardrobe, bedside table and double storage bed. The rest of the flat comprises of a kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Separate toilet and shower, living room with decent size telly. Rent is £550 P/M including all bills (Council tax, unlimited internet, heating, Netflix etc). This also includes a cleaner who comes every fortnight.

You'd be sharing with myself and boyfriend (32 & 30). We both work in media, we're easy going and enjoy a pub trip, crap TV, films - the usual! Looking for someone who's friendly + clean.

Non smokers please. Sadly no space for a bike (sorry cyclists!).
