A large double-bed room in a nice flat

I am looking for a flatmate to share a two bedroom flat for a short term from Dec 2019 till Feb/March 2020. The flat is homely and bright overall and fittings are modern and good standard.

The room is a double bedroom and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest drawer. The room is very bright as it is south-facing and has sash window.

The flat is situated in a quiet and very popular road next to the Crystal palace park (2 mins from the flat). It is less than 10 mins walk from crystal palace station and Anerley station. There are overground and train from Crystal palace station taking to London Bridge, Victoria and the City within 30 mins. There are also many buses going to Clapham and Brixton areas.
Crystal palace triangle is approx. 10 mins walk and there are lots of cool pubs, nice restaurants and local amenities in this triangle.

It would be nice to share this quite & homely flat with someone who is sensible, clean & tidy and easy going with good manners. I prefer having a flatmate who is a full-time professional or a full time student. .

The room will be available from 10th Dec. Rent will be £600/cm all inclusive (gas & electricity, water and broadband, TV)
