The nearest station is Anerley which is barely four minutes walk away. It has great links into the city with direct links to London Bridge and Canada Water, each about twenty minutes away, and Shoreditch only 30 minutes. Crystal Palace triangle is only a twenty minute walk or a five minute bus ride. Crystal Palace itself is great for shops, boutiques, pubs, bars and food and I've loved living here so far.
Penge East station is less than a fifteen minute walk away as well, which goes to both Brixton and Victoria in under twenty minutes.
Also less than a four minute walk to the 432 to Brixton and the 249 bus to Clapham Junction.

The room is a large double, with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair with plenty of room for any other furniture you want. The shared living room is huge for a double flat with dining table, a couple of sofas and plenty of space left over! Both the kitchen and bathroom are good sizes, with the bathroom being recently done. Kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher and all the other usual bits and bobs!

I spend most evenings in watching rubbish telly or working, so you will need to put up with that! Most weekends I'm out and about, but would still prefer to have someone living here that I get on with and can chat with. I also want someone who will take care of the flat, keeping it clean and tidy.

All bills are included and there is unlimited broadband. The block itself is private and quiet, so someone who respects that would be great!

There is also plenty of free parking all around, so really easy if you have a car.
