This is a short term (one month, and possible monthly rolling) let for a lovely and spacious two bedroom apartment in the heart of Dalston.

Both bedrooms are a good size, and one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

There is a large open plan kitchen/living room with a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, and a very spacious balcony.

You'll have access to a 24 hour gym, and be within very short walking distance from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland (London Overground) stations as well as buses into central London.

You'll have access to lots of shops and bars along Kingsland road and will be close to Islington, Hackney Central and Stoke Newington. Despite this, it's really quiet, and well insulated.

This is short term while the property is on the market. There will be estate agents showing the flat, but we can make arrangements to prevent this from being disruptive.

All bills included except council tax. Subject only to referencing fees of £35 per person.

The term is one month, with the possibility of a rolling contract if the place doesn't sell within that time.
