Room for short term let in secure gated, spacious two storey apartment in a quiet private development overlooking an interior courtyard and with a communal garden area.

The property is superbly located just 2 mins walk from Dalston Junction or Dalston Kingsland Overground and has excellent access to at least 10 different bus routes a few metres walk away in various directions before you even reach Kingsland Road. While the property itself is very quiet, you are a few minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants and night life that make Dalston an increasingly popular place to live.

The apartment has a very modern lounge area with an open plan, large and well equipped fitted kitchen.

The room itself is clean and bright and is a large single or small double depending on how you set up the furniture. The room is for single occupancy only and can be let furnished with a single/double bed, full height wardrobe, bookcase and a desk, all new, or left unfurnished.

The room is on the ground floor with the shared bathroom next door (toilet, large basin, bath with integral shower). The other two bedrooms are upstairs and en-suite so the shared bathroom would rarely be used by anyone else.

The other two residents are friendly, female professionals in their early 30s (one Italian/Dutch, the other English) with a wide range of interests and hobbies.

The flat is kept clean and tidy and we expect anyone moving in to help do the same. As we all work full time, there are minimal chores aside from cleaning up after yourself. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

The moving date is fairly flexible, from anytime now till the 16th of November. Our landlady wishes to sell up, so the contract cannot be extended beyond 31 March 2015. I am looking to move in with my boyfriend as soon as possible.

The rent is £710 per month and bills, including council tax, wifi, gas, electric and tv licence, are around £100 per month.

We would be open to applications from male or females in late 20s or early to mid 30s in full term employment. Sorry but we are unable to accept pets or children.
