2 big double rooms in lovely town house in Dalston

Looking for a new flat mate vasap

HUGE DOUBLE On the top floor it was formerly the lounge so it has two windows a fireplace wooden floor and is massive and private at the top of the house this one is 740/month

medium/large double room on the ground floor with also a fireplace, windows and wooden floor for 625/month

We haven't got a massive lounge but a little one that we are in the process of furnishing. We do have a huge garden and a patio . Front and back.

The street is really quiet and a nice little community so its even more important to us to find someone respectful.

Available now. You would be sharing with a group of professional girls in academic / creative industry and two cats who are total babes. The house needs a bit of TLC so...

We are looking for someone who is

- professional and understands weeknights are not party nights
- likes cats
- very tidy
- not a sociopath
- not a drug addict
- not up for drama

I have to point out YOU MUST HAVE A JOB AMD BE ON A SALARY pay roll so the landlord wont get his knickers all in a twist and will put you on the contract

We are preferring girls at the moment as we need someone tidy but if you are a guy it may be considered. NO COUPLES PLEASE!
