The house is arranged over 3 floors linked together by a beautiful wooden staircase with large common areas and a sizable back garden. The kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher) opens up to a dining area and a large living room (with a comfortable sofa!). It leads to a terrace that gets morning sun and looks onto a well maintained green. There are 2 additional rooms that serves as guest room and study. The house has 2 bathrooms, one the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor. The top floor has a tub and the bottom has an electric shower.
between all the rooms in the place there is an unbelievable amount of storage space but if you need more, there is a garage for eg bike. Parking in the driveway or on the street (private road).

The ground floor has a large room we currently use for laundry and a study. Through there is access to a large back yard, perfect for barbecue season!

The house is close to the pubs and restaurants of Camberwell and east dulwich. There are 2 leisure centers close by and ruskin park is a 5min walk away. We are also very close to bus routes in all directions, 5-7mins minutes walk from Denmark Hill station with the Overground to Clapham and Canary Wharf and fast trains to Victoria and Blackfriars. About 10mins walk to East Dulwich station with a straight train to London Bridge.

You would be sharing the house with one female. She loves to cook and is very cool and relaxed. She is looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful housemate that to share a home with, have a few drinks, enjoy a movie or evening on the sofa after a long days work.
