We are looking for 1 flatemate to join our shared flat in Denmark Hill where there is 1 double room available for 1 person.

The price of the rent is 610 pounds, the rent includes:

- cleaner once a week for the common areas
- unlimited internet broadband access
- bedlinen
- cleaning products
- council tax

The place is a modern flat with one large bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped.

The house is located next to Ruskin Park and a few bus stops away from Brixton tube station where you can find supermarkets and shops of any sort. There are also restaurants and nice pubs in the surrounding area.

Denmark Hill rail station is just 10 minutes away which have connections to London Bridge and London Victoria about 10 minutes away.

Great place to meet people from all over the world and make new friends, especially if you are new to London.

We charge just £300 security deposit. If you wish to leave the house we are requesting only two weeks notice.
