The apartment is in Zone 2 and about 10 minutes walking distance from Greenwich and 5 minutes to Deptford station and market.
It is close to both Goldsmiths and Greenwich Universities.
There are good transport links (train, bus and DLR) and central London is 12-15 minutes on the train. It has wireless internet free of charge and gas and electricity is included.
There are four bedrooms and one is for rent, it is a very large sized double room at £650 per month.

All common areas are shared. There is large open plan kitchen/living room about 10m long. There is all the cooking equipment you could need. There is a bathroom/toilet upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

If you are looking for a IKEA like environment then this is probably not for you. But if you like a relaxed lived in environment then perhaps it is.

I am the owner of the flat and stay there sometimes, but for much of the time I'm out of the country.
Currently there is a professional Italian couple (about 30 years old) who have been there for 4 years and a mature student with a Fine Art degree who is studying at Goldsmiths college aged 30
