We have a newly refurbished double room to rent in Surrey Quays and is approx 10 mins walk from both Surrey Quays Overground and Canada Water Tube (Jubilee Line) and is close to shopping centre.

Rent is £480 per month + bills which come to approx £40 per month. Summer months tend to be less on bills at approx £20 per month. Deposit is £520.

You will be sharing with one girl and three guys, age range 25 - 40. We are a friendly and easy going bunch who are clean, tidy and respectful of each other space. The house has been refurbished to a high standard with two bathrooms, broadband, Sky+ and newly fitted kitchen.

We are looking for a female to keep the balance of the house. The room is not available to couple's or student's, sorry.
