Hello,

Looking for new flatmate in homely top floor 2bdr place in Deptford High St seconds from national rail Deptford Station which is 6 minutes to London Bridge. Other nearby stations Deptford DLR/New Cross

I'm friendly just need someone friendly who's used to living with someone else, knows the whole flatmate etiquette thing & who will pay rent on time. Best for someone who doesn't have too much stuff as it's not a huge place & not so much storage. It's good value for location and only me to share with. Please note the room doesn't have an external window but does have air vents to outside and a ceiling fan. But is quite pleasant to sleep in as dark & quiet.

I'm an artist part of the time and have a studio in New Cross and work in film industry every so often. I'm either around a lot or not at all much depending on my work schedule that week/month.

Rent for room is £425 PCM plus bills approx £100 depending on time of year including council tax.

Would suit someone quite independent/ mature student.

First of all would try with 6 month contract and see how goes from there.

Flat not suitable for pets.
