Double bed available in flat in Deptford

We’re Yaz and Ella; we went to uni together and both currently work as administrators in the third sector (one based in Westminster and the other in Old Street). We have a few friends scattered around London at the moment but are definitely up for finding someone who could become a mate.

We've just reserved a 3-bed flat on Deptford Church Street and would like to meet someone as soon as possible to see if we can get the ball rolling with paperwork etc.

A few things you should note: Yaz works from home 1-2 days a week, and we have a pet rabbit (though we’re happy just to let him out in our rooms if it’s a problem).

We’re quite social people, and most evenings after work we’re down the pub, out watching radio recordings or going to any other free ticketed event. Sometimes we’re in watching a movie at home or painting though.

Every couple of weeks we like going for a big night out or having a little drinks party at home. We would like to be able to have people at ours quite often as we have friends come and visit.

Drop us a text if you want to meet up and see if we’re compatible. On the basis of balance we would prefer a guy but will meet with anyone. We're happy to have a couple but in that case their combined rent would be £700.
