Just a nice chilled flat great for an adult professional environment. Not a party house, but the odd glass of wine on the balcony is a must.

About me - 30, work in fashion (menswear). Work a few days a week from home so sometimes occupy the communal lounge. Like to travel and sometimes cook.

My boyfriend stays at the apartment around 4 nights a week, he is very easy to get along with and incredibly tidy (plus he buys the wine!)

The flat is FULLY FURNISHED - I have everything from cutlery to towels so ideally looking for someone who is just ready to move in.

I like to keep the flat clean, but no cleaning rotas or kittys ect (were all adults here) I have a cleaner come once a month for an overall clean (£16 pounds each)

Must be prepared to give agency refs and deposits, rent is £550 plus bills plus one months deposit.

12 month lease. REFERENCE/ CONTACT AND DEPOSIT must be sorted before moving in.

Move in day NOVEMBER 14th but must have refs cleared beforehand.
