Lovely double in stunning, modern three bedroom flat

If you're on Holidays or just moved to London and need accommodations asap I have the perfect flat for you for the month of August!

I share a beautiful modern flat with two lovely girls, Nicki, 31 and her school friend Shenel, 29. I have absolutely loved living with these 2 wine and movie wenches, but the time has come to go back home to Canada for the summer.

They are looking for a female roomie (unless you look like someone from the cast of Magic Mike) to share this gorgeous and homely three bedroom flat in a modern development on the DLR for the month of August!

Bang in the middle of DLR stops Devons Road and Langdon Park (3 mins walk from each), the development itself is dreams...there is a communal roof terrace for summer barbies with awesome views of the city, a high tech gym, 24 hour concierge (never miss a parcel again), dry cleaning service and a Tesco Express on your door step. Snacks in reaching distance.

All the surrounding buildings are brand new which gives a professional community feel to the area. From the flat, you will be in Canary Wharf in 6 minutes, the other way, you will be in Stratford (with Westfield Shopping Centre and cinema) in 5 minutes. Niiiiiiice. Mile End (central line) is a leisurely ten minute stroll away and Bromley by Bow station even closer. There are also strong bus connections and the magical land of Shoreditch a mere £10 cab ride away. For those more active types (not me) there are two 'Boris Bike' stations close by.

So...where the magic happens: the room itself is a lovely, homely, furnished double with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The flat has a large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink and a huge mirror (which you'll be fighting Nicki over, as you'll be sharing). She smells heavenly, by the way.

The flat is approximately three years old and has all the usual mod cons: under floor heating, huge open plan kitchen, living and dining area, breakfast bar, balcony x 3, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, sofa x 2, dining table that seats 6, broadband, airing cupboard (washing machine, dryer, rack), storage cupboard and three double bedrooms (one with en-suite for Shenel). The living area has two separate balconies used for sun bathing, drinking, chilling, watching the world go by, drying washing and plants for the non hayfever sufferers. The flat has a beautiful high level spec and is extremely light with multiple floor to ceiling windows.

Obviously the void that I am leaving is huge but the two flatmates I’m leaving behind are truly awesome. Skills in cooking/cleaning and over all super friendly individuals! They'd happily settle for a flatmate who is sociable, friendly, easy going, considerate, clean and tidy and is keen to become friends and do things together. They like to work hard and play hard at the weekends, but in the week mostly enjoy coming home and chilling together over a delectable supper whilst gossiping about the latest Take Me Out (house fav programme), TOWIE, X Factor etc. They love fashion, shopping, food, eating, eating more, music, festivals, the flicks, meeting new people, hung-over days and occasionally going on jogs or to the gym, so are just looking for someone with similar interests. Both girls work in different professions: Nicki is in Banking and Shenel works for a transport company, so don't care about profession.

The contract is due for renewal at the end of August and all in the room for the month is 680 PCM. BARAGIN!
