Double bedroom for 467£ in amazing house and area

We are looking for a third girl who will share the flat with us!
The flat is 3 min walk from the tube station Dollis Hill in zone 3 on the jubilee line, it is 20 mins to central London by tube and by bus it is between 30-50 mins depending on time.

One double room (with furniture) suitable for one person is available from 25 May, and we will share a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, and a big living room.
Your flatmates are Japanese and German (origins from Turkey), both of us are university students.

We got everything you need as a woman: D washing machine, kitchen equipment and so on..

To our personalities Dilsah is a very happy individual with a lot of jokes in her pocket! Yukari is a peacemaker with a nice sense of humour.

The rent monthly is £467 and the bill is about £10 (depending on how much we use/as we share the bill into 3 it is not a big amount of money for a student to pay).
The deposit is a one-month rent.

This is not a rent for the room, but renting the flat by having one year contract, so you must live here at least one year. Also, you need to find a UK living guarantor for monthly payment, if not you have to pay for 12 month in advance.
