Double room, own bathroom - new build, Dollis Hil

I am looking for a roomie to occupy the second bed/bathroom in my flat.
The flats were finished in April 2014 and I have owned it since it was brand new.

The double bedroom comes with it's own bathroom (the main bathroom), as my room is ensuite. It also has a built in wardrobe which is very roomy.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, small set of drawers, full length mirror, small flatscreen tv mounted on wall and has a built in wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink, basin and huge mirror.

Living room and kitchen is one big room. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. All the usual stuff.

The flat has a small balcony (pictured) and also a large, communal roof terrace with views over whole of London.
Also it has access to a wildlife/pond area with tables and a built in barbecue.

Also I have a parking space which I hardly ever use as I don't have a car. The car park is gated underground with electric fob access. There is also a bicycle store. The whole building is also gated from rest of the development.

Dollis hill train station is about a 15 minute walk, down a hill. So fast in the morning but a pain to walk up on the way home. But the flat is a 5 min walk to the bus stop with direct buses to brent cross, kilburn underground, ikea/big tesco/ kilburn high road etc (332, 245, 182).

You can use all my stuff in the shared living area - snooker/pool table, PS3, Wii, few hundred DVDs, Netflix on the TV

I work in banking in canary wharf and sometimes work long hours so am often out.

Ideal qualities i am looking for:

- clean and tidy. If not super clean then doesn't mind contributing to weekly/fortnightly cleaner.

- doesn't cook/prepare food often (I eat out every day and an hypersensitive to smells). not looking for a masterchef wannabe who wants to cook at home every day

- has own friends in London. Despite wanting someone I can chill with, also like my own time and often not around

- a professional

- friendly

(As it is a new development the postcode isn't in some satnavs/google maps yet, but flowers close is, so use that)

Please tell me a bit about yourself if you are interesed, eg what you do/interests/interesting fact/anything relevant etc

All bills are included EXCEPT gas/electric which is an addition £25 per month.

AVAILABLE MID-END OF AUGUST with some flexibility, also; the 2 times i have advertised the room previously, everyone who viewed it wanted it, so it is definitely worth coming to see.
