This is a 4 bedroom house, with three existing tenants happening to all move out at the same time. Nothing suspicious about it - two tenants are moving out of London, another has a new job in York.
This is a spacious house with a large garden, private driveway and garage. It's 2 minutes walk from the lovely Gladstone Park on a quiet, residential street. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes walk (Lidl), Dollis Hill Underground (Jubilee Line) 15 minutes through the park, or Cricklewood overground station a leisurely 20-minute walk in the other direction. Buses run from stops only 5 minutes walk away down towards Kilburn in one direction, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre in the other.
Inside the house is a communal living room and open-plan kitchen and a sizeable bathroom with good shower and bath.

Room 1 - £365 per month - available from 1st September
Master bedroom. MASSIVE, bay windows, double bed, 2 wardrobes, desk, cupboard and built in drawer/cabinet unit. Loads of room for even the biggest hoarder.
Room 2 - £365 oer month - available from 24th August
Ground floor converted living room. About the same size as the master bedroom (it's directly underneath). double bed, wardrobe, bed-side table. Other furniture available if necessary.
Room 3 - £290 per month - available from 1st September
Smallest room in the house, but still fits a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, as well as the airing cupboard, providing additional storage. Would suit someone on a budget, without too much stuff. Located at the back of the house, so it's relatively quiet.
Fourth bedroom currently occupied by me, a 27 years old female design student. Easy going and friendly, I m happy to have chats, drinks or do BBQ with my flatmates when the opportunity arises..
Bills - approx £100 per month : includes electricity/gaz, broadband, council tax, water..
Landlord is local, and his father tends to the garden, so no need to worry about its up-keep. Very nice chap, deserves good, reliable, professional tenants who are clean, tidy and respectful. The street has very much a family feel, so it's not suitable as a party house.
This really is a lovely place to live, and all at a bargain price. Two of us have been here for over 2 years, very happily, but time has come to move on..
Looking for respectful, easy going, CLEAN and TIDY flatmates - preferably 1 female and 2 males to keep a balance - keen to socialise and maintain a friendly atmosphere within the house
