Leaving this amazing flat and seeking a female professional for my room. My flatmate, a lovely young professional, works at the office five days a week.

We're looking for someone friendly, chilled and very clean. There are no strict guest rules, but please remember, this is not a party house and you need to be respectful of the flatmate's peace and the neighbours, especially on workdays.

The flat is just a 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station, making commuting in London easy with the Piccadilly and District lines. Council tax band is D. Bills typically range between £150-£200 per month per person.
