About the flat:

• Cute cosy 3-bedroom flat which feels like home.
• One shared bathroom (with amazing water pressure).
• Shared kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave.
• A very practical all-in-one washing machine/dryer.
• Although there is no living room, there is a living space with a dining table where we tend to gather and chat.
• The room: king bed (150x200cm) with 4 drawers, massive wardrobe, desk with chair. The window gives to the garden with the view of a tree and nice bird noises.

✨ The girls are lovely, 25 & 27, both working professionals (office and WFH). Looking for another lovely, sweet and kind girl to join the flat! ✨

Earl’s Court is definitely the best area!

• The tube (Piccadilly & District) and buses are under a 5-minute walk away from the flat.
• There are cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, shops, grocery shops (Tesco superstore, big Sainsbury, Sainsbury local, M&S, etc)… all within walking distance.
• Close to Holland Park.

To know:

• Rent is £800 to pay every 27th of each month (starting 27/05/2024).
• Bills are less than £200pp each month.
• Deposit is £667.
• Non renewable contract. Ends this September 20/09/2024.

Reference and guarantor required, if not the rent needs to be paid in full (4x £800 = £3,200).
