The flat is located a short walk from Earls Court station and a quick walk away from High Street Kensington and Holland Park. Some amenities include a large reception and dining room, updated kitchen, separate laundry room, and beautiful features/furnishings throughout the whole flat. The flat is furnished - the bedroom has a double bed and a built in wardrobe.

The room for rent has 3 huge windows, and a mezzanine to separate your sleep/living space, giving you tons of space to set up a work station, vanity, or extra wardrobe.

Current tenants include 2 females in their mid 20s - we're both American, with full time jobs here in London. We're pretty laid back, but also social individuals. We enjoy having our friends round, going to concerts, traveling, etc.

Rent does not include bills nor council tax.
