Beautiful, modern 2 bed, E. Dulwich - entire flat

I have a modern, spacious and beautifully furnished two bedroom flat in East Dulwich. A modern kitchen with the usual amenities (washing machine, cooker, refrigerator etc) and a balcony. First bedroom is furnished with king size bed, large dresser, large 3 door wardrobe and shelving. The second room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookcase. We are local to three parks and many shops, bars and restaurants on Lordship Lane and it is truly great area to live in. It is also close to many buses and trains that connect throughout London. There are a couple of options available on the property. Preferably, the whole flat can be rented to a single/ couple or established buddies but alternatively flat can be let as two separate rooms (at a higher rent for a couple). I live overseas so need tenants that will commit to a long term let and treat the place like their home. Also, although I will have someone overseeing the rental, it is important that the new tenants will be responsible for maintaining and managing the flat whilst I'm away.
