Room: This is ensuite double bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, cable, cupboard and your own bathroom. The bedroom is suitable for professionals or singles.

The room is situated downstairs in a four bedroom house. You will share a fully fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, and garden with 3 other clean female professionals.

Location: The house is located on Long lane, East Finchley. Excellent road links to the North, A406, A1, M1, A41, A5 and the M25. It takes 15 minutes to walk to East
Finchley/Finchley Central tube station where you can either take the tube or catch the following busses: 102, 82, 234 to places such as North Finchley, Barnet, Golders Green, Hampstead, Swiss Cottage.

It is also a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop where you can catch the following buses : 143, 382, 232, 263 to Brent Cross, Wood Green, Archway, Highgate, Mill Hill etc

There are also coffee shops, cafes banks, tescos, gym on the high street and Hollywood Bowl which includes: Vue Cinema, Nandos, Wagamamas, Mc Donalds, KFC, Tesco, Banks etc very close by.

Cost: Cost for the room is £675 per month including bills. We would require a month's deposit and rent is payable monthly in advance. One month notice required if you wish to move out.

PS: There is a cleaning rota where spring cleaning is done by the ladies every 2 weeks
