A peaceful, comfortable and unusually spacious home within ten minutes’ walk from East Finchley tube station on the northern line, zone 3, in a safe, interesting neighbourhood.

This apartment is on two floors which gives flatmates a delightful sense of privacy and spaciousness. There are three double-bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, bathroom, lavatory and a sunny balcony.

Quiet, responsible, considerate English-speakers, preferably women, would be welcome to live with a small, friendly Pug dog and peaceful owner.

There are two double-bedrooms available for single occupancy, a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate loo. I have my own office/living room so you have privacy and spaciousness.

The two second-floor, east-facing double-bedrooms are about 12'6" x 10'6" or 3.8m x 3.2m and a west-facing smaller bedroom is mine

The large east-facing living room is 19'x12'or 5.8 x 3.6m and is shared. A smaller west-facing office/living room is where I work and practise yoga and meditation.

The first-floor south-west facing kitchen has a washing machine, fridge and freezer, 5-burner gas hob and electric fan oven.

The south-west facing bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub, shower and handbasin and there is a separate lavatory. A combi-boiler provides instant hot water.

There is free off-street and on-street parking. Rent includes utilities, internet and council tax.

Within five minutes’ walk from the flat are buses 263, 102, 234, 143, H3 and the N20 night bus. East Finchley northern line tube station (zone 3) is less than 10 minutes' walk. From here it is 10 minutes on the tube to Camden Town, 15 minutes to Kings Cross and 20 minutes to Charing Cross. A quarter of a mile away is the A406 North Circular Road and easy access to the A1/M1.

Cooking and eating vegetarian food are two of my many pleasures. I am OK living with non-vegetarians. A good listener, I'm friendly, forthright, respectful, kind and relatively introvert. I choose to remain single and not to date. My personality type is INFJ-A, Advocate. I enjoy a peaceful, numinous life; loud and crowded is not for me but I like meals al fresco, picnics and meeting friends in dog-friendly pubs.

I walk several hours every morning and play with my dog in the many local woodlands and I cycle. Home is the perfect sanctuary for meditation and yoga. Afternoons and evenings I work online from home. I'm self-employed. Later, after work, while the dog snores in his bed, I enjoy British comedy like Detectorists, Sex Education, Micky Flanagan and Greg Davies and darkly funny series including Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad, historical dramas like Downton Abbey, Gosford Park and The Imitation Game and good sci-fi such as Arrival and MIB.
