The house is in a lovely quiet turning in East Finchley with plenty of nature around. The house is well decorated and comfortable. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with all mod cons and dining room and lounge room/conservatory. There is oak wood flooring and the conservatory opens on to a beautiful deck and garden. It really is a spectacular space with a large comfortable leather corner lounge suite on which to relax and socialize. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The second floor has 2 double bedrooms, and one is available from from 1 March (£750). There is a spacious bathroom with a spa bath that is shared between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have wood laminate floors and built in wardrobes along one wall.

The third floor is the loft bedroom with en suite which I occupy.

I am a 54 year old Australian teacher that has been settled here for 12 years. I have a timid well trained snowshoe cat. I try to keep a balance between socialising and quiet times.

Dan, the other flatmate is a 31 year old professional male who has a busy work and social life and is easy to talk to and tidy.

We are looking for people who are not into partying but have a social life who want a home not a crash pad - looking for good company I guess. If you are musical there is a piano (which needs tuning).

The rent includes bills and there is no deposit but you may need to pay the Real Estate a £100 reference checking fee and a fee for updating the contract
