There's a lovely vibe in this East Finchley home. We ladies are friendly, considerete, COVID safe & tidy.
We're looking for someone professional, nice & chilled. We all lead active varied lifestyles in creative & professional industries.

Although we’re not intrusive, we offer invites to workout in the garden together, cook dinner & share a drink over a film night.

Your Room
room is part furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes, shelving unit & mirror. It’s a quiet room overlooking a pedestrianised garden. There’s nice natural light too as sun facing.

Home
There's a clean & tidy kitchen, all the mod cons & plenty of crockery! Our lounge is comfy with a huge corner sofa and a futon.
The bathroom has a bath and high pressured shower. We have a garden with a patio area we sunbathe in.
It’s fair to say that although we’ll be 4 in total, the house never feels crowded as we’re all on different times and sometimes go away with work or to visit family.

Area
Theres a good sense of community in this area, we have street parties in the summer too.
There’s plenty of shops, a few bars and a Pure Gym close by. The street (with additional mini carpark) and those adjoining are all free parking too.

We're close to Hampstead Heath, Kenwood House, Avenue House Gardens and Alexander Palace isn't too far either.
The N20 night bus goes close to home and local buses & the Northern line serves frequently should you not want the ten min leafy walk to East Finchley tube. We are served by several local buses too including the 263, the 143 & H2!
There are some great beer gardens close by.
