We are looking for a new girl flatmate to share our lovely house with us! Its a very spacious five bedroom house. We have a good sized living room with Sky TV, massive kitchen with a dish washer!, two spacious bathrooms, utility room and a lovely garden (south facing) that hosts a few BBQs in the summer!

For those of you that don't know East Finchley very well, its a really nice area with local shops, cafes and pubs. Cherry tree woods is a few minutes walk away. East Finchley tube is just a 5-7 minute walk away and Muswell Hill is just a 15 minutes away, which hosts even more cafes and shops. East Finchley is one of the safest places to live in North London, which is good to know when getting night buses home, N20 is our beacon of light home!

The room for rent is a BIG Double bedroom. furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables!

There is no wardrobe but I'm happy to leave mine for a small fee!

So a little about us! You will be living with 3 guys and 1 girl aged between 25-30. Stephen is in fashion PR, Georgie is an illustrator , Sam is an engineer and last but not least Tom is in graphic design. We have very varied interests but we do socialise together and have become good friends. We hope to find someone fun and down to earth, that will want to join in with the household. But don't worry you can have your own life too BUT if being a hermit and staying in your room is your style, then this house is not for you.

Rent: £491 a month

Council tax, sky and internet: £43 a month

Gas and electricity: About £100 a quarter (roughly)

Water : Around £40 every 6 months (roughly)

Deposit - £692

No couples. No pets (allergies)
