Double room 2 min from East Finchley tube

I have a double room available in a 4 bedroom flat share in East Finchley. The flat is 2 min away from East Finchley tube, 1 min from busses (102, 143, 263, 234, N20) & local amenities. Lovely and safe area, Camden Town is only 10-12 minutes by tube.

The room is a decent size double, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, underbed storage.

The flatmates are fun and easy going (3 females), all very friendly and quiet people, who respect each others privacy. We are looking for a clean and tidy female who would like to be part of this friendly flat share, occasional movie nights and maybe share a glass of wine on the sofa. We like to keep all common areas clean and tidy at all times, that is why there is a weekly cleaning rota.

The flat has a large living room and a storage room to share. They are being refurbished at the moment. One of the changes is that carpet has been replaced with wooden floor (pictures to follow). Work is scheduled to be completed by the weekend of 8-9 December.

There is no garden, however there is a patio outside the flat, ideal for gardening and BBQs.

The newly refurbished kitchen is equipped with all appliances, plates, frying pans, etc..

There is a separate toilet and bathroom. These were also refurbished two years ago.

Room available: 9th December
Rent: 540 Pounds per month (rent includes all bills, except electricity - approx 10 Pounds in Summer and 40 Pounds in Winter - depending on usage)
Deposit: 450 Pounds
Term: 3 month minimum term
Notice: I only require 1 month notice when leaving
