THE AREA:

East Finchley is a safe, clean area in North London, only 20mins on a tube (Northern Line) from Central London and easily accessible by bus (including night busses) from Camden Town, Brent Cross, Golders Green, Muswell Hill, Finchley Central and Central London.

East Finchley has its own High Road with a range of shops (inc. Budgets, Iceland, Post Office/stationary, and many small grocery shops, e. g. Polish delicatessen, Greek Shop, Tony's Continental etc), cinema, pubs, coffee shops/bakeries and restaurants. We have a French Market every quarter and our own Summer Festival and Christmas Market.

East Finchley is also only a short walk from Muswell Hill, with its great range of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.

From the house its also under 20mins walk to the Finchley Lido Leisure Centre with a gym, swimming pool, Vue cinema, Hollywood Bowling and range of restaurants including Wagamama, Nandos, McDonalds, Chimichanga, Pizza Hut, ASK Italian and others.

THE HOUSE:

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property (no shared bathroom - each room has its own en-suite) on a quiet street (only 5 mins to the High Road and under 10mins walk to the tube station).

There is a spacious open plan kitchen/dinner/lounge with plenty of cupboard space and all the appliances, inc. washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker/oven, iron. Shared cookware, utensils and cutlery are also available, but you can keep your own in one of the many cupboard if you wish:)

There is storage space in cupboards under the stairs for your suitcases/boxes and coat hanger and shoe racks in the corridor.

Kitchen has access to private garden (mostly paved with some shrubs), perfect for those summer time BBQs and safe space to keep your bike if you have one.

THE ROOM:

Good size sunny double bedroom, furnished with: king size bed, huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, foldable table, desk (if you want it), chair and bedside table. Extra storage cupboard is placed on the landing next to the room for your use.

The room is decorated in neutral colours with beige walls and laminated flooring. There are blinds in the large window and spot lighting is installed.

Bathroom: good size shower, toilet and sink with mirror and very good size storage cupboard.

DETAILS:

Rent - £150/week
Deposit - £650 (kept in Deposit Safety Scheme)
Bills - £100-£120 a month INCLUDING all bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax, BROADBAND and TV Licence

Deposit and one month rent payable when moving in.

MOVE-IN DATE will be 13/14th of December.

CURRENT FLATMATES:

2 lovely guys, both professional - architect and data analyst, both working in the City. In spare time both are keen cyclists and like to socialise - BBQs in the summer and occasional drinks the rest of the year - but you will have your own space and there will be no wild parties:)

LOOKING FOR:

A professional, preferably single but a couple will be considered (rent and bills share stay the same for a couple).

New tenant must speak English, be tidy and respect the space and belongings of others. Smoking allowed in the garden but not in the house.

VIEWINGS:

Available from now on - evenings and weekends. Please EMAIL me first as I can't always answer my phone. Please let me know some details about yourself like profession, age, hobbies etc and let me know if you can move in on the 13/14th of December (the start of the contract date is non-negotiable I'm afraid although of course you can actually move-in whenever you want after that weekend).
