Double loft room near gorgeous Muswell Hill

We have a lovely bright and airy double room available for rent ASAP as our fourth housemate had to drop out at the last minute.

The Neighbourhood
It's in a house on a tree lined residential street in East Finchley. It's 10 to 15 minutes walk to East Finchley tube on the Northern line, with buses to Tottenham Court road, Highgate, Highbury, Swiss Cottage, Brent Cross, Archway and Golder's Green. There's a bus stop 4 mins away the 43 or 134, or others 5 or 10 mins away are 603, 653, 234, 102.

Muswell Hill with its nice cafes, restaurants, pubs, cinema, gym and shops is 10 minute walk from the house. Sainsburys local and Budgens are both about 15 minutes from us and there are a few parks near us with Cherrytree wood (tennis court and basketball court included) five minutes down the road too.

The Gaff
The house has a big kitchen and dining area with new microwave, oven, gas hob and dishwasher. We have a washing machine too.
The sitting room is the length of the house, big comfy sofas and Virgin wifi and TV/Netflix package.

The bedroom available is at the top of the house so extra privacy with lots of attic storage. Can fit a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Comes unfurnished.

The Peeps
The lucky winner gets to live with three professionals, we all work in a hospital in central London. We like to hang out together at home chillin over wine, movies and Dominos but equally all have our own things going on too. We are from two girls from Ireland and Manchester and a guy from the Philippines.

The Boring Stuff
Bills not included. Council tax and internet/tv is £49. 75 a month. We're estimating bills to be £100 altogether. We did everything through an agency, their fee is £136. 6 week deposit comes to £865. 50.
