Within a 20 min walk is fantastic Hampstead Heath, Hampstead Village and Highgate woods, as well as all the great pubs (including the historical 'Flask' and 'Spaniards Inn'/restaurants of the area. Fresh air and problem free living, yet great for getting to work or going out at night in town, as once tubes are shut, the area is well served by night bus, which stops at the top of the road!

The room is a small size but has a nice view from a nice large window, and easily fits a wardrobe, double bed and small desk. It's a spacious flat however, with a lounge, brand new boiler, modern central heating and gas hob/oven.

Would be ideal for an intelligent, talkative, sociable person interested in gigs, arts, books or comedy. Easygoing atmosphere.
