Bright cosy double in East Finchley flat

Hi guys!

I am moving out of London and am looking for someone to fill my lovely room!

It is a furnished double room in a 3 bed flat, sharing with two wonderful housemates. The room comes with a bed, drawers, wardrobe, and has three very large windows! We have a lounge, with sofas, a TV, dinner table, drying space and it looks out onto the gardens pictured above.

East Finchley is on the Northern line-it takes 20 minutes to get central-25 to waterloo. The flat is around 10 minutes walk from the station. There are also several buses to Finsbury/Holloway/Islington area.

The other housemates are a friendly pair, working in publishing and for a charity. Ideally, we are looking for someone sociable, who enjoys hanging out, having a chat, and also doing their bit in the house.

The rent is £460pcm, bills are not included and usually come to £60pcm.
There will be a £78 admin fee to change the name on the contract, which ends in August, but it is no problem to renew the lease if you looking for somewhere more long term!
