Big double room available in a large Victorian style house - only 5 minutes walk to East Finchely station (Northern line)

Everyone loves this place - even the people that moved out always come back to visit. It has a vibe thats infectious. Everyone gets on, we all socialise, we all laugh, we all help each other out and most importantly we all do our part to make this beloved house feel like home.

We’re a sociable house, of course we respect if you want to chill by yourself, but if you're a regular hermit, this may not be the house for you.

We have a well groomed garden (kinda) with fruit trees galore, massive kitchen with your own cupboard and fridge space and most importantly a dishwasher! We have a regular cleaner to keep the place looking pristine, but we all chip in and clean up after ourselves.

East Finchley is great! One of the safest places in London but not without a personality. The local food and drink emporiums are top notch and you’re spoiled for things to do with 3 cinemas, a Bowling Alley and Ally Pally just on your doorstep. We have two local Pure gyms as well as being 23mins from Oxford Circus on the tube. One of our local house favourites is The Boogaloo in Highgate.

The room available is an absolute bargain. A bright and spacious double bedroom comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and even a secret storage cupboard.

Cleaner £10 extra for all communal areas, no bedrooms (unless you pay her extra)

Council Tax & Sky - £60
Water - £30
Gas & Electric - £30

If you can afford around £600 per month for everything, you're all good - bargain of the century!

Unfortunately this is a no couples, no pets and non smoking kinda house.

Deposit is £650 paid before you move in
