Sadly we are saying goodbye to one of our existing housemates but waving hello to you!

This is a period, 4 bedroom LARGE house with 1 bathroom, 1 lounge and 1 huge kitchen. The house also benefits from a large sunny garden, gardener, dishwasher and on street parking. The garden is great in the summer with a large BBQ and outdoor furniture at our disposal.

The house is located 5 minutes walk from East Finchley tube on the Northern Line and plenty of bus stops in the immediate vicinity. There are shops, pubs, restaurants and cinemas all within a 10 minute walk in either direction with Muswell Hill just a short distance away.

I have lived here for 3 years now and it has always been an incredibly friendly and sociable household, and we'd like to keep it that way!

We share the odd bottle of wine every now and then but there's no pressure to join in if you're not up to it :)

The room available is a large double (bed, in built wardrobe & chest of drawers provided)

The room is available from the 19th of November.

We will be having an informal meet and chat at the flat on Sunday 30th October and Thursday 3rd November so if you are interested get in touch and I am sure we can fit you in!
