Short Let for Single Room in East Finchely

I have a single room for short let from 14th of Aug, ideally for 1 month, but shorter or longer is possible. Also there may be potential to extend the let for long term.

I'm pretty flexible in terms of move in dates and move out dates, so please still get in contact if the dates specified don't suit you.

The Flat:
Three bed flat with nice modern living room, balcony and separate kitchen.

Room = Single room :
- Single Room with single bed
- Price is £550 with all bills included. Bills include: Council tax, TV license, Broadband, Gas, Electric and water.
- Looking for someone to move in around the 5th of Jan (+/- 7 days)
- I would ideally like this room to be rented until Sept.

Flatmates:
We are both professionals, I work in insurance and the other flat mate work as a teacher.
We're both clean, tidy and social.
