A fantastic double room is up for grabs, just minutes away from East Finchley Station. East Finchley is just minutes away from the central London, taking only 15 minutes from the station to Kings cross St Pancras.

The room is within a recently decorated maisonette property. It's great that the bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper level so it feels like there is loads of space. Downstairs there is a large living area to relax in as well as a modern kitchen with all the necessities. The room itself comes furnished with all of the essentials that'll you'll need i. e. A double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.

The bills are not included and vary between the colder and warmer months but come to about £110 - £140 on average.

About me - I'm a school teacher who works nearby. I work quite long days during the week so it's nice coming home to a chilled environment. I would like to share this flat with someone who doesn't hide away in their room for days on end and so occasionally I am keen to catch up over a glass of wine etc. I do like to keep the flat clean so it is also essential that you're willing to tidy up and chip in with the cleaning duties!
