We have a single room available in a 4 bedroom flat share in East Finchley. The newly refurbished flat is 2 min away from East Finchley tube, 1 min from busses (102, 143, 263, 234, N20) & local amenities. Lovely area and Camden Town is only 10-12 minutes by tube.

The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe.

The flatmates are fun and easy going (3 females), all very friendly and quiet people, who respect each others privacy. We are looking for a clean and tidy female who would like to be part of this friendly flat share, occasional movie nights and maybe share a glass of wine on the sofa. We like to keep all common areas clean and tidy at all times, that is why we have a weekly cleaning rota.

The flat has a large living room and a storage room to share. There is no garden, however there is a patio outside the flat, ideal for gardening and BBQs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, plates, frying pans, etc..

Rent: £442 per month (rent includes all bills, expect electricity)
This is approx £10 per person in Summer and £40 in Winter - depending on usage)


Deposit: £380
3 month minimum stay and 1 month notice when leaving
