Double in modern two bed flat - great location

Hello everyone! This is the perfect flat, I am so sad I have to leave but I've found a job all the way down South :(

It's in a great area - plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants and green spaces.

The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area. The living room has a nice big sofa (which is also a big comfy sofa bed for any friends who want to stay), arm chair and coffee table. Kitchen has all the essentials plus a tumble dryer.
Broadband and TV are up and running.
There is a big bathroom with a shower and corner bath.

The room has been recently redecorated and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is extra storage space outside the room.

Bonus feature for any music lovers - Amy Winehouse used to live here and the flat was in some blink-and-you'll-miss-it photos in the documentary film.

You will be living with Meghan who is a primary school teacher.
We are fairly quiet during the week, but we share plenty of cups of tea/glasses of wine and rubbish TV.
We occasionally have friends over at weekends for wine and take aways or to crash after a night out, but it's definitely not a party flat!

East Finchley station is a ten minute stroll away and from there it's about 15/20 mins into central.
Muswell Hill and Highgate Village are both short bus rides away (5-10 mins).

The rent is £600 per month excluding bills which are usually around £115 - some months are less.

The landlord is lovely and generally leaves us to it. Anything that needs fixing/ replacing is always done quickly.

We're looking for someone easy going and relatively clean and tidy who wants a relaxed and friendly home.
