Amazing 2 double rooms, ensuite in N2

Hello people

My amazing flatmates Cormac and Tracy are sadly moving out of the flat!! :(

I am looking for someone to join me in this awesome flat!


The Flat
There is a bright, spacious living room, with wooden floors and high ceilings. It is cosy and comfy for watching movies, Game of Thrones or having a night in with the flatties.

The kitchen is separate and has a fridge and freezer and cupboard space. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

All the furniture and accessories of the house belong to us and we have agreed that new flatties will have to buy it for 80 pounds each) which is AMAZING considering how decked out the house is.

The garden
We have a small garden that we share with our lovely neighbours downstairs. We have a garage that has a lot of storage space as well.

We have a weekly cleaning rota for the flat.

The flat is 2 mins walk from the tube and 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, nice pubs and restaurants and other amenities. It is a 15 mins walk to Muswell Hill or a 5 min bus ride. On the tube it takes 10 mins to get to Camden, Euston and Kings Cross and 15mins to Central London. There are good night transportation links.

The New flatties

I consider this flat a home not party house or just a place to sleep. I enjoy having my friends and family over as well as having flat nights where we (me and flatties) we cook and catch up with each other with a bottle of wine… or 2… We are looking for someone to integrate into the flat and become a friend not just someone who rents a room in the house.

I expect you to be tidy and clean and be respectful of the common spaces.

Brownie points if you love Game of thrones, cooking!!

I am midwife from Italy who loves to cook, travel and meditate .

I love socializing with friends, family and flatmates. I have an amazing sense of humor!

The Rooms

The biggest room is a double loft with an en suite which is on the 2nd floor of the flat. It is quite a big en suite with a bath. It has a double bed + mattress, chest of draw, small wardrobe, storage space and a desk and chair. It is a bright cosy room and has a big sky light window over the bed so you can watch stars at night!!

The smaller room is a stunning cosy double room, there is very comfy double bed but you will need to bring you own wardrobe.
It is very bright and the window faces the garden, so lot of natural sunlight!

Rent is : big double en suite 720 + Bills ( Approx 100 p/m)

Deposit is 830
Agency Fee 120 for the contract and reference checks
