An attractive double room with an en suite bathroom. It is newly built and exceptionally large with sliding glass doors overlooking the rear garden and big velux windows at the front which make this loft room light and airy. Our house in in a quiet tree-lines street in East Finchley N2.

This lovely room has a double bed, plenty of storage space (wardrobe and a chest for drawers), desk and chair, bedside table, coffee table, armchair, television, kettle and microwave. You can share the downstairs kitchen and use the washing machine. A cleaner comes once a fortnight to clean the house.

The house is 7-8 minutes walk from East Finchley tube station and high street shops. The Northern Line tube goes directly to St Pancras and Euston, and Charing Cross is just 20 minutes away. The bus stop is one minute walk away.

We are a friendly and easy-going couple and are used to having professional lodgers. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, who returns to their home at weekends.
