This beautiful double glazed house is centrally located for vibrant riverside Greenwich village, Royal Greenwich Park and Observatory, sophisticated Blackheath village and the O2 Arena and Peninsula bars.

Westcombe Park station is 1 minute stroll away getting you to London Bridge in around 14 mins over-ground; or choose North Greenwich tube for one stop to Canary Wharf or four stops and 8 minutes to London Bridge.

Rental includes broadband and satellite TV. Only the utilities are extra, which is on average £30 per month. Kitchen/diner has all typical mod cons including double gas fan oven, washing and drying machines and large fridge/freezer.

A little about me - I'm an IT professional working in London. I have a variety of interests which include yoga, Crossfit, travelling, music events/festivals and currently learning the guitar.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and considerate professional. I'm usually busy with various social engagements in the evenings so not in the house too often but not adverse to socialising with my housemates either.
