Sad to be leaving behind my double room in a great house share, however it is time to make the step and move in with the boyfriend.
Looking for a professional female in their mid twenties to mid thirties to join 2 girls who are within this age bracket. The girls enjoy shopping, cooking, film nights and of course enjoying a few glasses of wine. They would like someone who is clean and willing to contribute to keeping the flat tidy as well as someone who is looking to make it their home and be willing to socialise.
The room available is a good size and can come furnished or un furnished. The real bonus of this flat is the huge kitchen/diner and separate living room which is great for socialising in. The flat is a 10 minute walk from maze hill which goes straight into London bridge and there is a bus stop 5 mins away which takes you to North Greenwich
for the Jubilee line.
The rent is 425 a month with bills being split three ways - they are about an extra £60 a month and then a little more when it's your turn to pay council tax.
I've loved my time here and all three of us would like to meet anyone interested in viewing to make sure we find a new housemate who will fit in perfectly. The room will be available from end of february and viewings are best after 7pm on a week day and any time at weekends (depending on our availability).
