Hello, I am looking for a female flatmate to live in my flat near the Edgware Road. The room has a double bed and built in storage There is a communal living room, kitchen, seperate WC and the bathroom has a power shower. There is also a balcony (which is usually used for washing). There is a cleaning lady once a week. The flat is in a 20 story ex-council tower block, but it feels lovely and quiet for the centre of London - and our neighbours are quiet. The flat is extremely central and close to Tescos. There is a Waitrose about a 12 min walk away. And the flat is about a 15 min walk to Marble Arch. I'm looking for a clean, tidy and considerate flatmate - I am getting too old to be woken late at night, and I really hate washing-up left overnight. It would be nice to have a flatmate who enjoys cooking the odd meal together, it is always lovely to come in and have a cuppa and catch up on the day's events. But if you want to keep to yourself that is fine as well. I work pretty long hours and often work in the evenings and weekends.
Bills are £100 a month and these include all utilities, wifi and cleaning lady.
