Roommate – Matt, 39 from York, I work as Nurse in Central London. I'm really easy going, enjoy cooking, gym, travels, theatre. I have owned the apartment for 8 years and thoroughly enjoy it and like to keep a nice home where we can socialize together [the apartment is big so you will also have your own space to enjoy too] – looking for someone who is professional, social and will enjoy living here as much as I do

Central bus station is 30 seconds from the apartment with 24h buses to Central London [Kings Cross and London Bridge direct - about 45 minutes depend on traffic]

2 minutes from apartment is the Overground station with trains direct to Seven Sisters [8 minutes to get onto the Victoria Line and London Liverpool Street [20 minutes]

Edmonton Green has a great shopping and market complex directly on our doorstep

Large Asda, Lidl, Costa, Boots, Wilko Iceland, Poundland, Sports Direct and 24h The Gym for only £17 a month [ lots of great shops and market stalls too
